More about the project

The storage project occupies an area of approximately 5 m², equivalent to half of a football field. In total, there are 180 racks of lithium batteries, which were produced in China and use the most modern technology currently available on the market.

The battery systems have 30 MW of power, are capable of delivering 60 MWh of energy for two hours and will operate at peak consumption times on the South Coast of São Paulo, during the summer.

About Kehua

Kehua Tech has brought its expertise in power electronics technology and applications to more than 100 countries and regions around the world, and was ranked as the fifth largest supplier of energy storage inverters by shipment in 2021 (S&P Global , formerly iHS markit).

“In the future, we will continue to provide reliable and innovative PV+ESS solutions and are committed to enabling everyone in the world to safely enjoy an environmentally friendly and low-carbon life,” concluded the manufacturer.
