O Canal Solar will hold a special live broadcast next Thursday (29), starting at 19 pm, to explain the main impacts of Provisional Measure 1.300 / 2025, recently published by the Federal Government and which brings relevant changes to the national electricity sector — with emphasis on the Free Energy Market and incentivized sources.
The broadcast will be hosted by journalist Ericka Araújo and will feature the presence of Bernardo Marangon, managing partner of Canal Solar, which will explain the effects of the MP for both consumers and entrepreneurs in the solar energy sector.
Marangon explains that the MP brought two major changes that can boost the national photovoltaic market and another in which it is still necessary to be aware of its consequences.
“The first major change is the opening of the free energy market, which is very good for the entire market, from consumers, generators and even for anyone who wants to enter this market,” he commented.
The other opportunity – which will be good for some and bad for others – is the end of the discount on incentivized energy. “We will show in the live broadcast the impacts of the end of this discount and how it can boost the use of BESS within the free market,” Marangon highlighted.
The third and final point mentioned by the professional involves self-production of energy – a segment in which the MP changed part of the current rules in force. “All professionals who work in this market need to understand what will happen and what the consequences of these changes are in order to adapt to this new scenario”, he commented.
The live is free and will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel Canal Solar for all professionals in the electricity sector interested in understanding the implications of the new proposal.
