Research will raise satisfaction among residential energy consumers

ANEEL released a list of the 637 municipalities in which the interviews will be carried out

A ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) released, last Friday (05), the list of 637 municipalities in which they will be applied 28.619 interviews to measure the residential consumer satisfaction in relation to the provision of 103 distributors of electrical energy. 

According to the Agency, the objective is understand consumer perception and encourage continuous improvement of services. This is the 25th edition of the research that generates the index ANEEL de IASC (Consumer Satisfaction). 

As participating cities were defined in a draw carried out through a virtual platform (Microsoft Teams), on May 7th. Regarding the collection in the municipalities drawn for the distributors of Rio Grande do Sul, the ANEEL stated that he will evaluate the best time to begin the research due to the tragedy that hit the state. 

According to the Agency, the research will be developed by the contracted company Qualitest Intelligence in Research, whose interviewers will be identified with a badge, uniform and in vehicles with the company logo.
