Absurd interest rates of 24% per year, what a joke!
The government is very concerned about low-income families.

  • Joselio

Since this is a home renovation loan program primarily aimed at those who lack the financial means, the interest rates are exorbitant, considering the best rates for bank investments, in this case 24% per year. Tell me, what investment offers that kind of return?
Then it started to look like loan sharking.

This program to reform Brazil is amazing!

Given that this is a program for "low income" individuals, the announced interest rates, between 1,17% and 1,95%, are very expensive.
