In a new moment of positioning, the Esfera Solar stated that it is expanding its operations in 2025 with a proposal that goes beyond technical training: building a solid and engaged community among its business partners.

Through more intimate and personalized events, the company reaffirms its role as a generator of value in the solar sector, promoting meetings that prioritize relationships, active listening and joint development.

Initiatives such as the Esfera Masterclass and Workshops Esfera Solar, remain as pillars of the company's strategy, but now focused mainly on strengthening ties with integrators who already have experience with the brand, strengthening the ecosystem that Esfera has built over the last few years.

Masterclass Sphere

The Masterclass Esfera Solar remains one of the distributor's main events, but with a reformulated approach. With a focus on the ongoing training of partner integrators, the event stands out for its dynamic and welcoming environment, ideal for in-depth exchanges and the generation of new ideas.

The content includes lectures on marketing, sales, technical standards and technological innovations, in addition to promoting an ideal environment for networking and strengthening partnerships.

According to the company, each edition offers a complete structure, including lunch, five to six lectures per edition, space for awards and the combination of high-level technical content with real connection experiences between participants, reinforcing Esfera's commitment to the training and appreciation of its partners.

“Each edition is carefully planned to meet the particularities of each region, directly impacting the performance of local integrators and contributing to the sustainable growth of the sector,” he highlighted. Eduardo Villas Boas, CEO of the company.

In 2024, the event visited six cities in four states, bringing together more than 300 registered integrators and receiving over 20 views on social media. More than seven editions are already scheduled for 2025. The idea is to make each meeting a strategic response to the local demands of each region, contributing to the strengthening of the sector in a collaborative manner.

Sphere Workshop

Complementing the calendar, the Esfera Workshops also take on a new look. They now focus on building strategic relationships with those who already know the day-to-day running of the solar market.

With over 4 hours of content, the workshops take place at the company's facilities and bring together 20 to 25 participants per edition, creating an environment for exchanging experiences and strengthening relationships. The focus is on preparing professionals for the future challenges of the photovoltaic market, with practical themes focused on innovation.

More than just training, the workshops' mission is to strengthen and generate knowledge for the solar ecosystem, providing valuable insights for the joint growth of companies and professionals.

The Sphere beyond distribution

More than a distributor, Esfera Solar is now positioned as an ecosystem of value and development for the Brazilian photovoltaic market. This change is reflected in the way the company connects with its partners through events with more strategic content, which seek professional and business development among all, and actions that strengthen lasting bonds.

By adopting a more personal, close-knit model focused on generating knowledge and new business models, Esfera is no longer just a supplier, but is now taking on the role of an agent driving the evolution of its partners — connecting people, driving results and sharing solutions.

Furthermore, the company emphasized that it assumes a new role as an active voice in the market, contributing to raising the level of technical discussion, anticipating trends and promoting good practices in distributed generation.

Thus, the Esfera Solar reinforces its mission of being more than a distributor: a strategic partner in the evolution journey of each integrator, actively contributing to the sustainable strengthening of the Brazilian solar sector.
