Sou Energy has entered into a partnership with Japanese company Leapton, a Tier 1 manufacturer of solar panels. The contract includes the production of 480 MW of power in DG (distributed generation) for 2022.

According to the companies, this is Leapton's largest contract with a distributor in Latin America. Kleber Pinho, CEO of Sou Energy, highlights that the partnership with Leapton is yet another initiative by Sou Energy to make access to solar energy easier for those interested in producing their own energy in Brazil, thus reducing electricity bill costs in a sustainable way.

“The solar energy market in the country is expanding. Our partnership corroborates this. Brazil has more than 800 thousand solar photovoltaic systems connected to the grid. And this number is only going to go up, even more so depending on our work,” he said.

Recognized worldwide for its quality and technology, the Japanese company Leapton Solar serves more than 35 countries with a focus on modules, R&D in assembly and energy systems, production and sales.

According to Jorge Bazi, Sales Manager for Leapton in Brazil, the partnership with Sou Energy is a major step in the distribution of Leapton modules in this giant Brazilian market. “The two companies in partnership are committed to providing the best and most technological solar panels in the world in Brazil, always valuing the highest quality standards,” he emphasized.

The panels that Sou Energy will distribute have a Tier 1 seal, the best product quality seal available, and a 15-year warranty directly from the manufacturer.

    Good day.
If possible, I would like more information about the Leapton boards, I can't find much information about them.
I am visiting a company here in my region to request quotes, and I received a proposal with these plates.
But on YouTube I didn't find any analysis.
