Solar Group is included in the 2026 Distributed Generation Survey, conducted by Greener, which gathers strategic data on scenarios, trends, customer behavior, sales, prices, and services in the distributed generation segment.

The survey aims to increase transparency and contribute to the professionalization of the Brazilian photovoltaic market.

The initiative is based on real-life accounts from integrators, such as that of Raul Goulart, a professional who has been working in the market since 2020 and who highlights after-sales service as a decisive factor in choosing suppliers.

According to him, daily experience on construction sites has shown that efficient service directly impacts team productivity, the quality of installations, and end-customer satisfaction.

“I’ve been using Solar Group since the company started in 2020. My first project was with them. Over time, I got to know the market better, but what always caught my attention was the ease of assembly and, especially, the after-sales service,” he stated.

In addition to technical support, Goulart emphasizes that the flexibility of the fastening systems, manufactured by Solar Group, directly influences the performance of the structures, especially in projects that require adaptations to different types of roofs and layout configurations.

“I’ve worked with other equipment before, but I felt that some systems are more rigid, especially in portrait and landscape installations. This flexibility makes a difference in adapting to projects and in gaining efficiency in the field,” he explained.

One of the examples cited was a residential project in Alphaville, which featured 26 photovoltaic modules installed on a sandwich-type metal roof using a mini-rail system. According to him, the possibility of adjustments contributed to greater speed in execution and better use of the available area.

Goulart is categorical in pointing to after-sales service as the main differentiating factor of Solar Group.

“The key difference, without a doubt, is the after-sales service. They help me with everything I need, 100%. Especially the engineer Vinícius. Sometimes they're missing a clamp or a support. But all I have to do is call and they solve it. For me, the after-sales service from Solar Group is their biggest differentiator,” he emphasized.

Another testimony that reinforces the research objective is from Marcelo Cintra, an integrator who maintains a commercial relationship with the SolarGroup three years ago.

Cintra emphasizes that confidence in the brand was solidified after a technical visit to the company's factory, conducted through partner distributors who maintain a direct relationship with Solar Group. This allowed them to closely monitor the production processes, quality controls, and manufacturing stages of the structures.

"The quality of the equipment has always been a strong point. I visited the factory and was able to verify this firsthand. It gives me more confidence to recommend and install the product for the end customer," he reported.

Furthermore, the integrator believes that the commitment to quality is directly reflected in the performance of the projects, reducing rework, optimizing installation time, and increasing the reliability of the systems.

In the day-to-day work on projects, Cintra states that roof structures represent the largest share of demand, followed by solutions geared towards installation on slabs.

Professionals in the solar energy sector can answer the questionnaire online, directly contributing to the development of strategic indicators on quality, logistics, technical support, after-sales service, sales, prices, and trends in distributed generation.

Participation is free, and the consolidated results will be made available to the market, reinforcing the commitment to transparency, technical expertise, and the sustainable development of the solar sector in Brazil.
