Brazil, with its growing potential for clean energy sources, paved the way for a new era of energy solutions intelligent and ecologically conscious, especially energy storage solutions.

And this is where the Deye has been establishing itself in the energy storage market, offering a series of lithium batteries and hybrid inverters for different types of installations.

The manufacturer has a line of energy storage systems with more than 25 battery models, each designed to meet specific consumer demands.

One of the solutions presented is BOS G, serializable modular solution, with each module having a capacity of 5,12 kWh. According to the company, the great highlight of this solution is its flexibility, being able to assemble banks from 20,4 kWh to 982 kWh per inverter. When in parallel, they can reach more than 5 MWh per system.

“This feature allows it to meet a wide range of needs, from small commercial storage systems to large-scale industrial projects,” Deye told Canal Solar.

Furthermore, the manufacturer stated that the BOS G has a projected useful life of 15 years and is capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -20ºC to 55ºC, with a DOD of 90%. “This means that it can be used in different environmental conditions and provide high energy efficiency,” added the company.

Deye also highlighted that one of the additional advantages of the BOS G is the ability to monitor, control and update the battery, which offers more comfort and security in managing the installation, allowing adjustments as necessary over time.

As for security, the manufacturer guaranteed that BOS G has international certificationsas the CE, IEC and UL, meeting the quality and safety standards required by the market.

Low voltage batteries, such as RW-M6.1-B(LV), Deye reported that they offer a total energy of 6,14 kWh, with a nominal voltage of 51,2 V. The manufacturer also said that they can continuously discharge 100 A, with a peak of 150 A in up to two minutes, which makes them capable of dealing with high demands.

“The RW cabinet was designed to meet the degree of IP65 protection. With a weight of just 60 kg, it can be mounted on the wall, providing a compact and ideal solution for residential environments”, commented Deye.

“An additional advantage of RW is its comprehensive monitoring capabilities. It is possible to monitor voltage levels, current, temperature and other important parameters. Additionally, its BMS actively works to maintain cell balance, extending battery life to up to 6000 charge and discharge cycles,” he added.

Another model made available by Deye is the SE-G5.1Pro-B, which is a low voltage battery rack version, maintaining the 51,2 V nominal voltage. “With a discharge capacity of 100 A, it offers the flexibility to be paralleled with up to 64 battery modules, totaling approximately 327 kWh of energy. This modularity simplifies the expansion of systems, making them more versatile and scalable”, he informed.

“With an estimated service life of over 10 years and a DOD of 90%, the SE-G5.1Pro-B is a durable and reliable option. Your IP20 rating makes it ideal for indoor use,” he added.

And, to operate in conjunction with batteries of various voltage levels, Deye offers a complete line of hybrid inverters. According to the company, these inverters are ideal for locations with instability in the utility's electrical network or where control of power demand is necessary.

In its portfolio, the company offers models single phase which vary from 3kW to 16kW e three-phase models which vary from 5 kW to 50 kW.

Another point highlighted by the manufacturer is that the batteries have a monitoring system, so it is possible to monitor the performance of the cells, voltage, current, temperature and even protection against surges through the BMS (battery management system), ensuring precise control and safe operation.
