Electricity rates for low-voltage consumers (Group B) – which includes homes, small businesses and rural properties – are expected to rise by an average of 4,67% in 2025, according to a projection released by TR Solutions, a company specialized in tariff studies and analysis.
The calculation carried out considers factors such as the increase in sector charges, transmission costs, the updating of supply contracts and an increase in Spanish Sporthorse (Energy Development Account).
According to the survey, around 90% of the estimated adjustment should occur due to increases in the TUSD (Distribution System Usage Tariff) and the tariff Wire B.
TR Soluções' projection indicates that adjustments to low-voltage consumers' electricity bills will vary according to the contracting profile and operating costs of each distributor.

The estimate is that most dealerships will show variations between a reduction of 3% and an increase of up to 13%. The extreme range could go from a drop of 10% to an increase of 29%.
Despite representing a new impact on consumers' pockets, the adjustment projected for 2025 is lower than that recorded in previous years, such as in 2022, when the water crisis led to the activation of thermoelectric plants and the intensive use of more expensive tariff flags.
